I created Holiday Bliss, a virtual month-long program, for women who tend to feel overwhelmed this time of year. Why? Because I get it.
Our busy lives can keep us from making sure we’re taking care of ourselves by prioritizing joy and health. I’ve learned how to make time for my self-care and happiness. Now, I want to help you do the same with The Ultimate Guide to Holiday Bliss.
This program is NOT A CLEANSE.
It’s a group of like-minded women getting together to chat about healthy holiday recipes, office party survival tips, and how to prioritize self-care. Each week, we will focus on a different topic and there will be an activity that I’ll ask you to complete every day. Don’t worry, it takes 10 minutes, but these 10 minutes will transform your holiday stress into holiday bliss. You will feel healthier and happier throughout this busy season. You deserve this.

Healthy Holiday Grocery List – This is an extensive list of clean, yummy foods that will help you grocery shop throughout the holiday season. I recommend printing a few copies and just ticking off foods that you enjoy. Wallah! Your grocery list is made for you each week.
Giveaways – You will have a few chances to win some of my holiday faves. Give them as gifts or keep them for yourself … I won’t tell anyone!
Holiday Recipe Book – You’ll get a booklet with 15 of my most delicious (family-approved) healthy holiday recipes. You’ll get everything from chocolate chip cookies to green smoothies with a few one-pot winners in between.
Private Facebook Group – This is where I will post videos, more recipes, nutritional info, and resources for you to explore on your own. Hopefully, you will also use this space to connect and chat with other members participating in the reset because they are awesome, like-minded women who are on the same journey.
Weekly Emails – You will an email every Monday with a new activity to practice every day that week. Don’t worry, it only takes 10 minutes! They’ll also contain some motivation and holiday inspo.
