2 slices of toast (I prefer I a sprouted-grain bread and always steer clear of preservative-heavy white bread)
1 ripe avocado
2 large beets
Hemp hearts, optional
Lightly toast the bread. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and beets. Cut the toast diagonally and add a pinch or two of sprouts on top. Lay a slice of the avocado on and a slice of beet on the warm toast then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with hemp hearts if you’re using and enjoy.
Make 6-8 of these for an easy and delicious appetizer.
