Handful of organic blueberries (because these bad boys are antioxidant powerhouses)
Handful of spinach
2 T of hemp hearts
A few ice cubes
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (totally optional)
Just throw it all in a blender, then pour it in a bowl. I like to sprinkle it with superfoods like goji berries, extra heap hearts, some no sugar added coconut flakes, and a few raw cashews.
Why it’s da bomb for your health:
Blueberries bring all of the antioxidants to the party to combat those nasty free radicals, hemp hearts supply the good-for-you omegas that are good for your heart, the coconut flakes give it some fun texture, and the raw cashews add some protein.
