Greens + Sweets Smoothie

The Fixings:

1 handfuls of kale
1 handful of spinach
1 c almond milk
½ frozen banana
3 T hemp hearts
Ice cubes
Goji berries

How To:

Place everything except the Goji berries in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass, sprinkle berries on top, and enjoy!

The hemp hearts are a great source of plant-based protein and a perfect 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids which aid in cardiovascular health.
