Monkey with Muscles

The Fixings:

1 frozen banana
1 c almond milk
Ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I prefer plant-based proteins)
1 T of chocolate chips (I like the Enjoy Life brand, it is allergen free!)

How To:

Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and enjoy!

Why It’s Awesome:

It’s packed with protein and potassium. Plus it tastes like dessert, but it’s healthy enough to drink for breakfast. Chocolate for breakfast? I’ll drink to that.
