Kiss My Face (maker of natural-effective, cruelty-free skin care and body products) launched its brand spanking new, plant-powered deodorant spray, and I have been chosen as one of the “Kiss Tribe” bloggers and lover of healthy lifestyles to review this bad boy and spread the good news about this fabulous product (and my new fave carry-on item).
Kiss My Face provided me with free product to honestly review and give away. That being said, this post is my honest opinion. Review of Kiss My Face Quick Dry Spray Deodorant
I tested Kiss My Face Quick Dry Spray Deodorant for what I believe to be the key characteristics of a good deodorant: Scent, Quality, and Performance. So, here we are …
I tried both the “Cucumber Green Tea” and “Sport” scents. A full sized bottle contains 3 Fl oz (perfect for tossing in my carry-on while I travel) and is sold for $4.99 USD on the Kiss My Face website. The air powered nozzle releases a steady stream of fresh smelling spray and I only needed a second or two to cover my entire underarm. Plus, it really does dry in seconds and leaves zero rub-off, making it totally little black dress friendly.
The “Cucumber Green Tea” scent is definitely more cucumber and less green tea. It is fresh and mild, while the “Sport” scent contains hints of lemon, rosemary, sage, green tea, and cucumber, so it has a more earthy, herbal scent making it perfect for sweaty workouts.
Both deodorants use the power of naturally effective ingredients like:
- Olive leaf extract
- Cucumber extracts
- Lemon myrtle leaf extract
- Green tea extract
- Rosemary extract
- Sage extract
I have been a fan of Kiss My Face products for quite some time and love the transparency of their company. You all know that a fan I am of READING LABELS and CHOOSING CLEAN INGREDIENTS, right? Well, that goes for what I put in and on my body. This deodorant is free of crap. Honestly. What I love the most about this new air powered spray deodorant is that it is:
- Free of artificial fragrances
- Air-propelled and free of chemical propellants
I stay away from deodorants that contain aluminum and other harmful substances (click here if you want to know why you should too), and was curious to give this new product a try. As advertised, they kept me fresh for 24 hours. That being said, the Sport scent seems to be a bit more potent for those of you who want something stronger. Don’t forget that this product is not an antiperspirant, so you will sweat.
