Fresh Start is a program based on removing all the foods from our plates that are known to cause food sensitivities and serious tummy troubles – you know, like not being able to button your jeans.

So, about the WHY?

Obviously, there’s no such thing as a perfect diet and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We’re all unique and have different individual needs for how much to eat, what to eat, when to eat, who to eat it with … well, it’s true. That being said, if you have any digestive issues, joint pain, headaches, or serious sugar cravings, then this modified elimination diet is one approach that’s extremely useful for everyone. It addresses a number of our individual needs by removing foods that tend to cause inflammation in the body, i.e.: gluten, eggs, dairy, sugar (not fruit), red meat, corn, processed foods, soy, and alcohol.

What the Fresh Start Detox Is NOT

This is NOT two weeks of juicing, just noshing on salads or spending a bunch of money on weird ingredients you will have to search for online. Hell No. This is not a quick fix diet or starvation plan. You will NOT be going hungry during these 2 weeks. I promise. I will not allow you to be hangry, girl. There are zero weird powders or potions. You eat real, whole food and plenty of it. I am going to load you up with so many delicious recipes that your cravings, bloating, extra belly bulge and energy slumps are going to vanish. That’s right, you will eat awesome food and probably drop a few pounds too.

Why Join Us?

I mean, sure, you can create your own meal plan for two weeks and try to follow it by yourself. There are a bunch of resources on this internet. But. Let’s be honest, even with the best of intentions, are you actually going to follow through and really stick to it for two weeks on your own??

When you have a community like the one in our private Facebook group going through the same experience with you, who are there to answer your questions, offer support and virtual high fives, detoxing gets a whole lot easier. I know that I need support and accountability to do difficult things. You’re way more likely to stick to the plan if you have me and a whole group of others by your side. Plus, the internet is overwhelming and I’ve got a whole bunch of real health and wellness info (no BS) and recipes for you.

I know that a girl has to have her best wellness tips within easy reach, so I will provide you with the following documents in a pdf format so that you can easily access them on all of your devices:

Grocery List – This is an extensive list of approved  foods that will help you grocery shop and prepare for the 2 weeks. I recommend printing a few copies and just ticking off foods that you enjoy. Wallah! Your grocery list is made for you each week.

AKA Sugar – A list of the MANY names for sugar. You should keep this list with you to help you identify sneaky sugar in your food. You want to avoid all of the names on this sheet, so READ THOSE LABELS.

Recipe Book – Updated recipes! You will get a digital booklet of my favorite cleanse-approved recipes.

Welcome + Getting Started – This is an overview of the program, what to expect, how to prepare, and an explanation of why we will be eliminating certain foods. I’m also throwing in a list of my favorite health and wellness resources.

Private Facebook Group – This is where I will post videos, more recipe ideas, nutritional info, and resources for you to explore on your own. Hopefully, you will also use this space to connect and chat with other members participating in the detox because they are awesome, like-minded people on the same healthy journey.
